The Windsor Brasserie at Windsor Park, part of the Arora Group, is recruiting a Wine Waiter with a passion for wine and guest excellence. You will curate, manage and deliver an exceptional wine program, engage guests with personalised recommendations, and support stock control and staff training to maintain world-class service.

Formación

• Strong wine knowledge and passion for luxury service.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with stock control and inventory in a high-end venue.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert wine and beverage service within the outlets, delivering a personalised and memorable guest experience.
• Engage with guests to understand preferences and offer tailored wine recommendations.
• Present, open, decant and serve wines in line with luxury standards.
• Share knowledge to enhance the dining experience and guest engagement.
• Manage wine inventory, cellar organization and stock rotation.
• Support service during peak periods to ensure seamless operations.
