We are searching for a Windows 11 Rollout Support Engineer to assist our client during the final stages of their enterprise-wide Windows 11 deployment. This role will focus on supporting end users post-rollout, handling ticketed issues, and aiding in the continued deployment across remaining machines and user groups.

Responsibilities

1. Provide user support for Windows 11 rollout-related issues via ticketing system.
2. Liaise with the internal team to understand the rollout plan and manage assigned tickets.
