Job summary

JADE Windows & Doors in Batley is seeking an experienced Window & Door Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. You will use your expertise in aluminium and uPVC fabrication to produce high-quality windows and doors to customer specifications and our standards.

• Experience fabricating aluminium windows and doors (essential).
• Experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors (essential).
• Reliable, punctual and takes responsibility for their work.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing aluminium and uPVC windows and doors
• Reading and following production drawings and specifications
• Measuring, cutting, preparing and assembling window and door components
• Fitting glazing, hardware and other components
• Operating fabrication machinery, equipment and hand tools safely
• Completing quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Identifying and reporting defects, material issues or equipment faults
• Working safely and following all production procedures
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Working with the wider team to meet production requirements
• Supporting continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation

Location: JADE Windows & Doors, 622 Bradford Road, Batley, WF17 8HF
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm and Friday, 6:00am to 12:00pm
Pay: Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Start date: ASAP

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Window & Door Fabricator to join our manufacturing team in Batley.

You will use your experience in aluminium and uPVC fabrication to help us manufacture quality windows and doors that meet customer specifications and our expected standards.
