JOB TITLE: Window Cleaner

LOCATION: London, E8 4SL

HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

PAY RATE: £15.00 PER HOUR

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

We at ABM are a soft services provider who are proud to provide services to some of the most prestigious buildings in London and the south east

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To undertake all planned and scheduled window cleaning tasks to various sites located in London and the south east

• To complete all necessary equipment checks as and when required

• To ensure all paper work and documentation is kept up to date

• To ensure all team members integrate and communicate

• To work safely within the working safely guidelines

Person Specification:

The successful candidates must have at least the following

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial window cleaning

• Must be able to work at height

• Must be able to work in a team or independently

• Ideally have at least one of the following qualifications ,

• IPAF

• PASMA

• CSCS

• WORKING AT HEIGHT

• HARNESS TRAINED

• SENTINEL

• As well as reach and wash pole system experience

Essential

• Candidates must also have

• Full driver’s license

• Be able to pass a DBS security check
