Job summary

Natural Power is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician to service, maintain and fault-find Siemens 2.3CS and 1.3 CS turbines at the Blacklaw and Hagshaw sites in Scotland. This permanent, full-time role offers 42.5 hours per week with paid overtime and an on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing wind turbines and fault finding across turbine subsystems.
• Ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance with documentation.
• Strong commitment to health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Undertake preventative maintenance and servicing on wind turbines to ensure performance.
• Fault finding, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Perform repairs or component replacements to maintain turbine availability.
• Maintain records of timesheets, work performed and parts used.
• Support on-call duties and out-of-hours response as required.
