Job summary

RES, the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, is seeking a Turbine O&M Technician to support the Turbine O&M Team across projects in the UK and Ireland. The role requires a technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems, with fault-finding skills on turbine components and a readiness to travel to sites.

You will contribute to high-quality maintenance activities, assist with risk assessments and method statements, and help implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical fault finding skills required.
• Experience with hydraulic tooling and blade repairs is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support turbine O&M projects and provide technical assistance to resolve issues.
• Lead and participate in high-quality maintenance activities on wind turbines.
• Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and coordinate on-site tasks.
