Job summary

RES is seeking a Wind Turbine O&M Technician to support the Turbine O&M Team in delivering projects and resolving issues. Candidates should have a technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems, with fault-finding capabilities across Electrical, Mechanical & Hydraulic domains.

Gamesa G80 experience is highly valued. The role involves site-based maintenance near Barhill, Girvan, with travel within the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Wind turbine maintenance experience.
• Experience with wind turbines, preferably Gamesa G80.
• Ability to identify and resolve mechanical/electrical faults.
• Ability to produce risk assessments and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Turbine O&M Team in project delivery.
• Provide technical assistance to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Prepare Risk Assessments, Method Statements and client procedures.
• Travel within the UK & Ireland as required by project needs.
