Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Stores Operative to support the East Anglia One Wind Farm in Lowestoft. You will manage stores, stock accuracy, and logistics, ensuring safe handling and compliant procedures for deliveries, inventory, and equipment.

The role involves supporting offshore operations, adhering to 5S principles and HSE guidelines, with scope across import/export documentation where required. The successful candidate will have experience with SAP MM, strong inventory control, and a focus

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP MM for inventory management.
• Strong stock accuracy and cycle-count discipline.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods handling and compliance.
• Experience in warehousing, goods receipt and dispatch processes.
• Strong awareness of health and safety in a maintenance/operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store deliveries per procedures.
• Pick, pack, issue, and dispatch materials to support operations and vessel schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock traceability in SAP.
• Support stock counts, cycle counts, and audits; investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with export/import documentation and compliance where required.
• Ensure materials, tools, and safety equipment are stored and controlled.
• Monitor calibration and certification for tools and equipment.
• Support LOER inspections and movement of lifting equipment.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards following 5S principles.
• Report hazards, incidents and near misses; comply with HSE procedures.
• Support offshore/site operations by timely provisioning of materials.
