Job summary

TWC Home Group is seeking a Conservatory & Building Manager to lead our roofing teams and oversee projects across two brands in Wiltshire. You will direct planning, progress, and standards on multiple sites, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality workmanship.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and the ability to keep customers informed. This is a full-time position with a busy project pipeline and potential for growth within a growing home improvement group.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warm roof systems and Ultraframe products.
• Experience leading conservatory installations, roofing or building projects.
• Proven experience leading roofing teams and builders.
• Understanding of construction methods and installation standards.
• Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage several projects and adapt when priorities change.
• Hands-on approach, ownership, and high standards.
• Full UK driving licence to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Leading roofing teams and builders, providing clear direction and practical support.
• Planning schedules, allocating teams and coordinating materials.
• Managing projects from preparation through to completion and handover.
• Visiting sites to check progress, workmanship and safe working practices.
• Resolving problems as they arise and keeping projects on track.
• Keeping customers and colleagues informed throughout the work.
• Organising remedial work and ensuring outstanding jobs are completed properly.
