Job summary

Walker & Sloan are recruiting a Construction Project Manager to join their Stroud-based team. You will lead refurbishment and roofing projects, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and commercial colleagues to ensure on-time delivery of multiple schemes with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role requires hands-on management, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships across the South West and Midlands.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering refurbishment, roofing or maintenance projects for a main contractor.
• Ability to manage multiple live schemes simultaneously.
• Strong communication, commercial awareness and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied portfolio of refurbishment and roofing projects, ensuring safe, efficient delivery to high standards.
• Coordinate trade packages and monitor programme performance with site managers and subcontractors.
• Provide technical support throughout the construction process and resolve buildability issues on site.
