TWC Home Group Wiltshire–based is seeking an experienced Conservatory & Building Manager to lead our roofing teams and builders across TWC Home Improvements and Permaframe. The role is Wiltshire-based with responsibility for sites across two brands and a busy pipeline of varied projects.

You will manage day-to-day planning, progress and standards, visiting sites to check workmanship and safe working practices while keeping customers informed and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of warm roof systems and Ultraframe products.
• Experience managing conservatory installations, roofing or building projects.
• Proven experience leading roofing teams and builders.
• A practical understanding of construction methods and installation standards.
• Strong organisation, communication and problem–solving skills.
• The ability to manage several projects and adapt when priorities change.
• A hands–on approach, taking ownership and maintaining high standards.
• A full UK driving licence to travel between sites.

TWC Home Group is looking for an experienced Conservatory & Building Manager to lead our roofing teams and builders across TWC Home Improvements and Permaframe.

With sales growing year on year and the group on course for GBP25 million in sales this year, there s plenty happening and plenty of opportunity to make your mark.

From conservatory installations and warm roof replacements to associated building works, you ll manage a varied mix of projects in a fast–paced environment. We need someone who enjoys being involved, keeps teams moving and takes pride in delivering excellent work.

The role is Wiltshire–based, where most of our projects are located, with responsibility for teams and installations across both businesses.

The role

You ll be the main point of leadership for our roofing teams and builders, taking responsibility for day–to–day planning, progress and standards across multiple projects.
