Qualifications

• Strong Wi‑Fi / wireless troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with access points, SSIDs, signal issues, and roaming.
• Familiarity with Aruba, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Ruckus or similar.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customer Wi‑Fi and network environments.
• Troubleshooting access points, SSIDs, VLANs, and connectivity issues.
• Working across wired and wireless network support.
• Supporting customer sites across London.
• Assisting with deployments, upgrades, and site changes.
• Working closely with senior engineers on escalations.
• Getting exposure to wider infrastructure, connectivity, and MSP environments.
