Booker Group is seeking a Retail Development Manager to drive regional growth by recruiting competitor stores and spotting opportunities with independent retailers. You will work with the General Manager and Premier symbol operators to build trusted relationships and develop their businesses.

The role requires a 5‑day week with possible weekends/bank holidays, frequent travel, and a proactive, solution‑driven approach to sales.

• Experience in growing new business and sales across a defined region.
• Ability to recruit and convert competitor stores and identify opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer-satisfaction focus.

• Manage a defined territory with responsibility for sales, debt, margin, cash profit and customer satisfaction; emphasis on sales growth.
