Job summary

Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client in Yetminster, who are actively recruiting for a Wholesale Packer to join their production team.

You will carry out final checks of packed products, maintain a tidy work area, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and site standards. The role runs Monday to Friday, 06:30–17:00, with on-site parking, subsidised canteen, and training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed operating procedures.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration.
• Visibly safe handling of food and PPE compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Carry out final checks of packed products to ensure correct item and weight.
• Keep work area tidy and ready for the next shift.
• Ensure compliance with customer, company and site requirements.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Report accidents and absences per site procedures.
