Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our clients team in a fast-paced facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are packed efficiently and accurately, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the facility. The role will predominantly involve packing, wrapping, palletising.

Duties

• Pack products into designated packaging according to specifications.
• Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for packing tasks.
• Assist in assembly line operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely packing of products.
• Conduct quality checks on packed items to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Utilize forklifts for moving materials when necessary, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly line operations.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM & Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM – Paid 44hr week £537 per week
