Job summary

ABP UK, part of ABP Food Group, is seeking a Wholesale Packer to join the production team in a fast-paced environment. You will perform final checks on packed products, maintain clean work areas, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours with several on-site facilities and a supportive team. The ideal candidate is physically fit, able to follow detailed procedures, and communicates effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Able to work under own initiative.

• Follow detailed operating procedures with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Must be physically fit.
• Good communication skills with basic English ability.

Responsibilities

• Carry out final check of packed products to ensure item packed is correct and weight specified matches customer order.
• At end of shift, ensure work area is tidy and clear.
• Ensure customer internal and external company and site compliance.
• Always comply with company policy and procedure on safe food handling and hygiene.
• Report any accidents/absences in line with site reporting procedures.
• Carry out all tasks in a safe manner in accordance with H&S responsibilities.
• Demonstrate a relentless drive to succeed.
