Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar sales coordination or sales support role.
• A solid understanding of supply chain processes, from production through to customer fulfilment.
• A background in wholesale fashion textiles: fabrics, accessories, trims, raw materials or components.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the end-to-end processing and management of sales orders.
• Managing the order book and keeping customers informed.
• Coordinating logistics with the third-party warehouse for timely fulfilment.

Skills

Sales coordination experience

Understanding of supply chain processes

Confidence in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Technical knowledge of fabrics and textiles
