This role will shape the strategy of the channel, its performance, and profitability at a global level. You will be working in collaboration with the Regional Presidents and Wholesale Directors. You will also be leading key global projects including the wholesale footprint evolution and providing valuable market feedback about trends and competition.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with Chief Commercial Officer, CEO, & Regional Heads to define and develop Strategy.
  2. Establish and implement a comprehensive plan in line with the overall company strategy.
  3. Communicate overall strategy to global teams and collaborate with various stakeholders on strategy and project execution.
  4. Support Regional WS Directors on negotiations with key partners and act as escalation point as required in collaboration with Regional Presidents.
  5. Collaborate with global merchandising on assortment and develop category strategies in line with the company vision and direction.
  6. Collaborate with Merchandising and Supply Chain on demand and ensure orders execution on time and in full.
  7. Agree on seasonal budgets and monitor performance per category and across the channel.
  8. Responsible for the showroom team and budgeting process around the showroom.
  9. Review and approve orders per campaign at the global level and collaborate with regional teams on achieving expected targets.
  10. Collaborate with Finance on sales targets, performance, risks & opportunities, and key commercial agreements.
  11. Work with Marketing & Communications to facilitate relevant support as required and monitor return on investment.
Requirements
  1. You have extensive experience in Wholesale and within roles at a senior level within the luxury industry.
  2. Your commercial knowledge is exceptional, and you can clearly demonstrate how to drive results and achieve profitability goals.
  3. You have broad and intricate knowledge of Wholesale distribution networks in key markets across the globe.
  4. Comfortable leading change and projects with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  5. Confident and successful decision maker.
  6. Resilient, solution-focused, and able to deliver results within a rapidly changing environment.
