Job summary

APP Wholesale is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead demand, supply and inventory plans across the business. You will work with commercial, procurement and operations teams to improve product availability and service levels.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will shape planning processes, turn data into decisive actions and drive cross-functional collaboration across locations to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Strong demand, supply or inventory planning capability in distribution/wholesale or similar complex environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear actions.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the demand and supply planning cycle, producing accurate forecasts.
• Develop inventory plans balancing product availability, service and working capital.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, stock cover and availability with corrective actions.
• Partner with sales, commercial, procurement, branch and warehouse teams.
• Identify supply risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Support new product introductions, promotions and range changes.
• Improve planning processes, data quality and reporting for better decisions.
• Provide clear analyses and recommendations to Head of Supply Chain and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal teams and suppliers to ensure flow.
• Promote collaborative, accountable and continuous improvement culture.
• Complete compliance and training modules promptly.
