Job summary

FitFlop is seeking a Wholesale Demand Planner to ensure the right stock volumes for the wholesale order book and replenishment potential. You’ll work closely with Commercial, Product Merchandising, Finance and Supply Planning to align ranges and seasonal buys.

You’ll bring strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to spot patterns in large data sets and collaborate across teams while supporting junior planning staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in Merchandising or Planning within fashion or footwear.
• Knowledge of Wholesale channels.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI advantageous.
• Strong focus on KPIs and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of seasonal order book from all Wholesale accounts and ensure demand potential is met.
• Collaborate with Customer Services to resolve conflicts between order book and supply potential.
• Manage MSSI and the OTB.
• Own line cards and sizing analysis.
• Ensure accurate buys are delivered to Supply on time.
