Gatley Primary School is seeking a proactive HLTA to provide PPA, leadership and management cover and ad-hoc teacher cover across the whole school from Nursery to Year 6. This is a full-time, fixed-term post until August 27 with a December 2026 start.

The role requires delivering across the full primary curriculum, contributing to high standards of pupil learning and behaviour, and collaborating within our HLTA team to drive school improvements and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering PPA cover and whole-class teaching across primary age groups.
• Ability to work across Nursery to Year 6 with a flexible approach.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and pupil behaviour.

Responsabilités

• Provide PPA cover and leadership/management cover across the school.
• Deliver high-quality teaching across Nursery to Year 6 as part of the HLTA team.
• Support curriculum delivery and contribute to school development and pupil outcomes.
