Job description

ROLE: White Goods Engineer

LOCATION: West Midlands and surrounds

Working for a well-known, blue-chip organisation within appliance and tech, Concept are excited to offer two opportunities within the West Midlands and are actively interviewing now!

Role:

1. Driving your company van and managing your own day effectively (as you'll work mainly on your own).
2. Testing, diagnosing, and fixing white goods in our customers' homes.
3. Providing and implementing technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
4. Excellent customer care skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
2. Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
3. Ideally (but not essential) ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
4. Passion and enthusiasm.

PACKAGE:

1. Up to GBP37,000 per annum, OTE GBP41,000 depending on skills.
2. 41 hours per week working 5 over 7 (some Saturday working on a rostered basis) - NO SUNDAYS.
3. 30 days of annual leave (including bank holiday entitlement).
4. Competitive pension scheme.
5. Tools and van provided.
6. Quarterly bonus.
