Job summary

Xplor is seeking a Customer Support/Operations specialist to deliver high-touch operational support and concierge-level service for SMB Fitness & Wellbeing clients. You will own requests from intake to completion, manage platform configurations, and coordinate customer projects with a focus on accuracy and proactive communication.
