Swansway Group is recruiting a Wheel Repair Technician for our accident repair centre in Creswell. The role involves repairing and finishing alloy wheels to a high standard within set timescales, including powder coating, wheel painting and tyre fitting.

You will work as part of a large team reporting to the Body Shop Manager. We value experience in a similar role and the ability to work under pressure with initiative and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in wheel repairs akin to the listed duties.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality repairs within set timescales.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish alloy wheels
• Remove and fit vehicle wheels ensuring safety standards
• Lift wheels into dipping tanks
• Carry out powder coating
• Move wheels between repair stations
• Remove/repair wheel damage
• Operate CMC/Lathe machine
• Wheel painting
• Tyre fitting and wheel balancing
