Swansway Group is recruiting a Wheel Repair Technician for our accident repair centre. You will join a large team under the Body Shop Manager, responsible for high-quality wheel repairs within set timescales.

Responsibilities include refurbishing alloy wheels, removing/fitting wheels, powder coating, wheel painting, and tyre fitting/balancing. The role requires precision, time management and the ability to work independently when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar wheel repair role.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish alloy wheels to high quality standards.
• Remove and fit vehicle wheels ensuring safety standards.
• Carry out powder coating and wheel cosmetic repairs.
• Operate wheel repair equipment such as CMC/Lathe machines.
• Paint wheels and balance tyres as required.
