Job summary

Group 1 Automotive in the United Kingdom is seeking a tyre fitter to join our tyre workshop. You will fit tyres to manufacturer standards, operate wheel refurbishment equipment, and maintain high workmanship while communicating with the Service Reception and Workshop Control.

The role emphasizes quality, accuracy, and strong customer-facing skills, with flexible working options and the potential to develop your tyre fitting expertise across our 114 UK locations.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out the fitting of tyres efficiently and competently to manufacturer standards.
• Operating wheel refurbishment machinery.
• Maintaining and develop skill levels in all aspects of tyre fitting technology.
• Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
• Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
