About the position

The role involves carrying out wheel refurbishments to high standards set by our manufacturer. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential. You will be part of a friendly, high-performing team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. Responsibilities include:

• Refurbishing diamond cut wheels using the latest CNC wheel cutting technology.
• Refurbishing painted wheels to a high standard.
• Carrying out SMART repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Mixing and colour-matching, painting, and polishing repaired areas.
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
• Providing high levels of customer service to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Working as part of a team to meet goals and targets.
