ITS Property Maintenance is seeking an experienced General Builder / Wet Trade Multi-Trader to join a busy social housing maintenance team across CB10, CB11, CM22, CM23 and CM24. The role covers day-to-day repairs, some planned works and general maintenance in occupied properties.

You should be a reliable external tradesperson with multi-trade skills (bricklaying, paving, slabbing, concreting and patch plastering), able to work independently and with thermal boarding experience; carpentry or

Qualifications

• Experience working in occupied residential settings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilités

• Bricklaying and external works across occupied properties.
• Patch repairs and larger external works (paving, slabbing, concreting).
• Plan and manage daily workload to meet SLAs and log daily sheets.
• Maintain van stock, equipment and materials; work independently or in a team.
