Job summary

ITS Property Maintenance is seeking an experienced General Builder / Wet Trade Multi-Trader to join our social housing maintenance team, covering CB10, CB11, CM22, CM23 and CM24. The role involves a mix of day-to-day repairs, some planned works and general maintenance within occupied properties.

You will perform bricklaying, paving, slabbing, concreting and patch plastering with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality repairs and keeping safety and tenant comfort in focus.

Qualifications

• Experience working in occupied residential settings
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently across a dispersed housing patch

Responsibilities

• Bricklaying (Garden walls, face work, pointing)
• Paving, Slabbing, Concreting
• Patch plastering and minor renewals
• Aid and adaption works ( ramps to external properties)
• Painting (internal)
• Plan and manage daily workload to meet contract SLAs
• Log works and complete daily job sheets
• Maintain van stock and equipment
• Provide a professional service to tenants
• Work independently or as part of a team
