Job summary

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive technical value during complex enterprise sales cycles. You will lead product demonstrations, run workshops, and craft proof-of-concept engagements that translate privacy and governance challenges into measurable outcomes.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Account Executives, Product, Success, and R&D to stay current on platform capabilities, deliver compelling technical win strategies, and help customers navigate evolving regulatory

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or similar pre-sales role within SaaS or enterprise software.
Expertise selling, configuring, and delivering impactful software demonstrations to technical and executive audiences.
Experience leading technical evaluations, POCs, workshops, and customer discovery engagements.
Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles through RFPs, technical responses, and solution positioning.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted technical advisor during sales engagements, partnering with customers to understand business challenges.
Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations tailored to customer use cases and outcomes.
Support opportunities through discovery sessions, evaluations, RFP responses, and POC engagements.
Collaborate with Account Executives to develop technical win strategies and position solutions against competitors.
Advise customers on design, implementation considerations, and best practices throughout evaluations.
