Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a General Manager – Wembley Retail to lead the complete Wembley operation, including permanent store and event formats. You will own commercial performance, inventory, and workforce planning, partnering with The FA and Wembley Stadium to drive revenue and fan experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior retail or venue management with clear accountability for sales and operational performance.
• Experience leading complex, high‑volume operations and major events.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management experience.
• Ability to build and sustain senior stakeholder relationships.
• Proven people leadership across multiple streams including casual staff.
• Experience in sports, stadium, or high‑footfall retail desirable.
• Willingness to work matchdays, evenings, weekends; occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Own Wembley retail commercial performance against budgets and KPIs.
• Lead event retail execution across all venue locations and shifts.
• Manage labour, costs, stock, and loss prevention with audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: retail ops, merchandising, IT, finance, HR.
• Develop contingency plans for high‑volume activations and events.
