Job summary

TeacherActive in Carmarthen is seeking a Welsh Speaking Primary Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons through the medium of Welsh and to support pupils across the Primary phase in a Welsh-medium environment.

You will need QTS (NQTs welcome), UK Primary School experience, fluency in Welsh, and a positive, adaptable approach with strong classroom management; salary is paid at £172.98 per day.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Welsh Speaking Primary Teacher on a long-term basis starting in September. The successful Welsh Speaking Primary Teacher will deliver high-quality lessons through the medium of Welsh, support pupils across the Primary phase, and work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent learning outcomes.

The successful Welsh Speaking Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (NQTs are also encouraged to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK Primary School
• Fluency in spoken and written first language Welsh
• A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach to teaching
