Job summary

Holland & Barrett in East Grinstead is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage budgets and payroll, and ensure store standards, stock availability and health & safety compliance are consistently met.

You will also champion technology use to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role is permanent, full-time, 38.75 hours per week, with a salary up to £31,900 per annum depending on experience.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing performance, budgets and business priorities.
