Holland & Barrett in East Grinstead is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance. You will coach colleagues, manage sales, cash flow, payroll and operations while maintaining high health and safety standards.

The role includes training to become a trusted health and wellness expert and offers a monthly performance bonus, extensive holiday entitlement and a range of wellbeing benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
