Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Camberley to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive commercial success, manage payroll and budgets, and ensure stock availability, merchandising, and safety standards are maintained across the store.

You will coach colleagues toward becoming trusted health and wellness experts through our training and work closely with the Regional Manager to share best practices across the region.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and priorities.
