Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Witney is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers, advise on wellbeing products and maintain an inviting store environment. You will help customers find right items, support promotions, and work with your team to meet store goals while delivering excellent service. Training will build product knowledge and confidence in recommendations.

The role is permanent, 10 hours per week at £13.17 per hour, with benefits including holiday entitlement and staff discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
• Working with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs for in-store or online products.
• Completing the Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge.
