Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant in Hitchin to welcome customers and help them find products that support personal wellness goals. You will recommend solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding service and maintaining shop presentation.

You will work with your team to achieve store goals, using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide choices both in-store and online.

Qualifications

Customer-focused retail experience preferred.
