Job summary

The Berkshire Wellness Hub (BWH) delivers advice and support to individuals experiencing situational problems and/or mental health difficulties across Berkshire. This role requires travel across the Berkshire area to provide drop-in support, with hybrid working arrangements to facilitate contact with clients.

You will work with the Common Point of Entry (CPE) team to develop signposted plans and may provide follow-up sessions to boost engagement.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Common Point of Entry (CPE) team to develop signposted plans for clients, and offer follow-up sessions to support engagement in the plans identified in the initial session.
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with statutory and non-statutory agencies within Berkshire, embedding the 'helping you help yourself' ethos for clients and carers.
• Cover service hours from 8am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 5pm on Fridays, with occasional 1–2 later shifts per week to cover hours.
• Participation in supervision, access to BHFT training packages, peer supervision and induction programmes.
