Job summary

Ignite, partnering with a UK Health & Wellness brand, seeks a Social & Influencer Partnerships Manager in Essex. You will build the creator and ambassador ecosystem from the ground up and connect with nano creators, experts and tastemakers to weave the brand into everyday conversations.

Hybrid role with 2 office days, you’ll own outreach, negotiation, gifting and ongoing relationship management while collaborating with health, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle communities to drive growth and

Qualifications

Proven ability to build creator/ambassador/community ecosystems from scratch.
Strong relationship-building skills with long-term engagement.
Experience managing partnerships, negotiations and gifting, with performance tracking.

Responsibilities

Build and grow the brand's creator, ambassador and advocacy ecosystem from scratch.
Identify and engage creators, experts, tastemakers across health, fitness, nutrition, wellness and lifestyle.
Nurture long-term relationships and manage partnerships from outreach to briefing and ongoing management.
Develop multiple creator groups from nano to larger partners and coordinate with internal teams.
Track activity, performance and shape future strategy for channel growth.
