Job summary

Ignite, a Health & Wellness brand, is growing rapidly and seeking an Influencer & UGC Executive to own the creator pipeline end-to-end. You will find and scout creators, reach out, negotiate deals, onboard talent and manage ongoing creator relationships to build a strong roster.

If you live and breathe social partnerships, you will brief creators, support content creation, track performance and stay ahead of trends in a hybrid office setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in influencer, creator, UGC or social partnerships
• Confident sourcing and reaching out to creators
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable negotiating fees and partnership terms
• TikTok & Instagram savvy, with a commercial and data-driven mindset
