Response Organisation in Oxford is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to assist residents at Grove House with daily living skills and wellbeing. The role involves building supportive relationships and helping individuals pursue education, work, and community activities in a compassionate care setting.

Key duties include working with healthcare professionals, families and support networks to promote recovery, independence and inclusive practice.
