Job summary

BelleVie Care is hiring a Wellbeing Support Worker in Oxford (Headington or Cowley) for part-time shifts. You will provide home-based care, companionship and practical support to clients in their own homes, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• We welcome people with no previous care experience; full training provided.
• Compassion, respect and a desire to support people in your community are essential.
• Car and valid driving licence preferred; if not, confident cycling ability is needed.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Location within approx. 5 miles of Headington or Cowley Oxford teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellbeing and domiciliary home care support in clients' homes.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care and companionship.
• Support with daily living tasks, medication reminders, and transport arrangements.
• Work 5-hour shifts (7:30am–12:30pm or 5pm–10pm) with alternate weekends.
• Be part of a team, receive full training and ongoing support.
