Job description

We are thrilled to be recognized as winners at the 2024 Home Care Awards with The Grand Prix Award for the best homecare provider, Best Palliative / End-of-life Care, Best for Innovative Technology & Best for Team Support (staff wellbeing). All made possible by our wonderful support worker teams, which we would love for you to join!

Please note

  • We welcome people with no previous care experience, FULL training will be provided.
  • You must be able to drive and have access to your own car.
  • You must already have the right to work in the UK; we don't provide support with that.
  • We recruit colleagues local to our teams, to support their communities, so we can't accommodate relocation. Please ensure you live within approximately 5-10 miles of our Cowley-based team.

Here at BelleVie Care, we value simple acts of kindness—knowing how a warm cup of tea, a compliment, or a shared laugh can brighten someone's day. We seek individuals whose warmth and kindness shine through, and who embrace their local community spirit.

If you are interested in a rewarding career that makes people smile and gives back to the community, please apply now!

Caring is a value and a vocation. Find a career that values you. Bring your whole self to work #Belleviecare

What can you expect when you join the BelleVie Care community?

We offer help around the home, personal care, transportation, companionship, and more. Here are some of our key differences:

  • No experience necessary – Full training provided; we hire based on values, personality, and attitude.
  • Self-managed teams – Make your own decisions with peer support.
  • Qualifications support – We’ll help you train towards your NVQ.
  • Joining a community of change – We are committed to valuing fulfilling careers in care.
