The post holder will lead and coordinate the daily operational services provided by the Wellbeing Team. This involves providing resources, supporting team members, and working under the guidance of the SLT.
Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, line management of Wellbeing Support Workers, coordinating Wellbeing Support Interventions, and ensuring effective deployment and review.
You will support the welfare, development, and behaviour of pupils, ensuring access to learning and adherence to school policies, while modeling high standards of intervention.
Attendance at weekly meetings and collaboration with the Wellbeing Team are also essential.

Note: You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, subject to successful probation. This is part of the 4-Day Working Week trial.
