Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Wellbeing Support Lead to join our close-knit team at Heath Farm School, part of Acorn Education.
About the role
The post holder will lead and coordinate the daily operational services provided by the Wellbeing Team. This will involve taking an active role in providing these resources but also supporting team members in their own responsibilities and work under the instruction / guidance of the SLT.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Wellbeing Support Team including line management of Wellbeing Support Workers, coordinating individual Wellbeing Support Interventions (WSIs), and ensuring that deployment is effective, monitored, and reviewed.
Support the welfare, development, and behaviour of all pupils, enabling access to learning and ensuring the application of school policies, while modelling high standards of intervention when supporting pupils.
Adhere to and support the structures in responding to Wellbeing Service Referrals and function as an integral member of the Wellbeing Team, ensuring attendance at weekly calendar meetings as directed by the Headteacher, Deputy Head: Wellbeing, and/or SENCo.
