Job summary

The Growth Company is recruiting a Wellbeing Key Worker to support individuals under the National Probation Service with tailored wellbeing interventions and case management. The role focuses on improving health and wellbeing, removing barriers to progress, and guiding service users toward employment, training, and education goals.

This split role between HMP Marshgate and Doncaster community requires delivering one-to-one support, group sessions, and digital interventions while building strong

Qualifications

• Experience managing caseloads in a target-driven environment.
• Skilled at delivering individual and group interventions.
• Knowledge of local health and community services.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored wellbeing support and manage diverse caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop strength-based action plans.
• Deliver one-to-one support, group workshops, and digital interventions.
• Build partnerships with local health, wellbeing, and community services.
• Facilitate and evaluate wellbeing-focused group sessions.
• Ensure accurate case management and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Work with the National Probation Service to support engagement and rehabilitation.
