Job summary

NEOM Wellbeing on Regent Street is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a standalone store with a strong customer service ethos. You will help drive sales, manage payroll and rotas, and support stock movement and store leadership in the manager's absence.

The role requires a year of retail supervisor experience, a passion for wellbeing, and the ability to coach and energise a team while upholding NEOM standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum experience in a Retail Supervisor role.
• Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry.
• A passion for wellbeing and customer service.
• Able to coach and develop the team to reach potential.
• Commercially driven with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Co-responsibility for day-to-day running of a standalone store.
• Drive forward sales and company objectives.
• Assist with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports.
• Support stock management in the offsite stockroom.
• Take ownership in the Store Manager's absence.
• Lead by example and support the team with tasks.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and merchandising.
• Organise in-store and field events to promote NEOM.
• Train current and new team members.
• Identify wellbeing initiatives for planet, colleagues, customers
