Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Rochdale is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant. You’ll welcome customers, help them find wellness products and deliver outstanding service in a busy store.

This 12-hour-per-week role pays £13.17 per hour. You’ll work with a friendly team, use tablets to assist shoppers, keep displays tidy and support promotions. Training and benefits help you grow with a trusted wellness retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and warmly.
• Willingness to learn about health and wellness products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right wellness products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and recommendations.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays Merchandised to a high standard.
• Support promotions and maintain store presentation and operations.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and guide them (in-store/online).
• Complete training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
