Job summary

Ingeus UK is seeking a Personal Wellbeing Advisor to support service users in custody and community settings. You will manage a caseload, complete wellbeing assessments, and create tailored action plans to aid rehabilitation, reintegration and ongoing support.

Based across HMP Wealstun, HMP Leeds and local community sites, you’ll collaborate with probation teams, pre-release staff and other departments, while keeping thorough records and prioritising tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Relationship building with Probation and Service Users with confidentiality.
• Safeguarding awareness for complex individuals at risk.
• IT and administrative skills to keep meticulous records.
• Organisation to manage a busy caseload with detailed records.
• Resilience to stay committed through challenging days.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and Action Plans: complete wellbeing assessments and tailored plans.
• Collaboration: work with internal and external colleagues in a wider package.
• Caseload Management: balance multiple individuals and admin.
• Partnership Working: identify local organisations to enhance service.
• Quality Recording: maintain up-to-date records on IT systems.
