Job summary

Catch22 in Lewisham (South East London) is seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner to support service users by assessing needs, delivering interventions, and guiding rehabilitation. The role involves attending delivery spaces and probation offices across Lewisham, Bexley and Orpington as required.

You will work in partnership with local providers, HMPPS and voluntary sector organisations, manage a caseload with attention to risk, recording, and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Adept at building relationships and delivering effective interventions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and record information accurately.
• Ability to identify risk and follow risk management procedures.

Responsibilities
